Refund policy

Disclaimer: This is a hand written company policy, not a legal legislation. 

Return items claimed: 

If you have claimed but have not paid within the 48 hours I am within my rights to put your items back. 

If you have claimed, not paid but need to put items back, this is absolutely fine to do so, providing the reason is valid and there has been good communication. 

If you have paid already for items claimed, you have a 30 day period to ask to return item back to shelf & ask for a refund. Providing the reason is valid, this is at the discretion of myself, item will be returned and refund will be issued. During the process of the refund, I will ensure i am keeping you up to date with the process as much as I can. 

After the 30 day peroid, I am not obligated to accept items to be put back or to give a refund. However, under extreme circumstances, I may offer a partial or full refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving your items and contact me immediately (my details found in contact me page) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A visible video is required in order for the process to start. Thank you. ☺️ 

Solution upon disclosure & confirmation of claim

Your choices of 4 options 

  • Free postage for next order 
  • Store credit of the value of item damaged/broken
  • Pick a different item of same value of damaged/broken item
  • Refund for that damaged/broken item

Missing item

I will send the missing item as soon as I am able, I will keep in contact with you during the process & will postage will be free  

Refunds If claim was successful 

If you have opted for a refund then i will start the process as soon as I am able & will update you during the process. If for some reason there is an issue in processing the refund, I will contact you to ask for your details to personally & manually send you the refund. 

Your patience, time and custom is highly appreciated and I aim to always achieve the best standards & to fix issues ASAP.
