Shipping policy

I aim to pack your order at my personal best and will always attempt to get your items to you as safe and quick as I can.

If Royal Mail ever has posting issues I will not be liable for this so will result in your parcel being delayed, however I will stay in communication with you until its has been resolved. 

All parcels will be posted with Royal Mail 24hr tracked. As soon as collection has been achieved you will be sent your individual personal tracking number. 
I will always put down my email address (mizphillijayne1992@gmail.com) as a point of contact for Royal Mail so I can be updated when your parcel has been delivered for my records & also to ensure I stay updated in making sure your parcel gets to you as promptly & quickly as possible. 
If there are posting delays I will update you by using the contact information you used when checking out your order & we will come to a decision together on the best way to handle the delay.
